Arrive at Mimosa Lane Baptist Church at 9:00 a.m. for registration (1233 Belt Line Road, Mesquite, TX). Admission is free with your guild name badge or I.D. card; if you forget, the sign-in desk people will have our guild roster to check your name off. You may bring non-guild members, but admission will be $25.00 for guests. There will only be 500 goodie bags so arrival at 9 a.m. should ensure that you receive one. You will have until 10:00 a.m. to peruse other member guilds Raffle Quilts and purchase tickets. You might want to bring address labels with your phone number to quicken the fill-in process. You may also take this time to bid on the Mini Quilt Silent Auction, purchase Rally Day pins and purchase Raffle Basket Tickets and find your seat. Be sure to look up at the big screen for pictures of your fellow TAQG members. The program will start promptly at 10:00 a.m. with Sue Reich our speaker. We will recess approximately 1 hour for lunch so it is a good idea to carry lunch with you or make arrangements ahead of time. During lunch you have another chance to purchase raffle tickets, bid on mini quilts and purchase Sue Reich?s wares. A drawing will be held for the pre-rally day raffle basket and the rally day raffle basket. Door prizes will be drawn through out the day and the program will be over around 3:00 p.m.
