Our Guild is a non-profit organization, that believes in giving back to our community. We promote the art of quilting; offer our members opportunities to learn the basics and new techniques. We sew in a noncompetitive and friendly atmosphere, sharing tips and offering help to beginning quilters. Our "Comfort Quilt" program provides cozy lap quilts to people in troubling situations (i.e., Butte Fire in Calaveras County). Emergency response vehicles are often equipped with a quilt or two. Local child and adult protective services, always have a need for our quilts.
