The purpose of this guild is to stimulate an interest in quilts, to promote and advance the art of quilt making, and to conduct educational programs and services in the design and techniques of quilt making. Membership is open to anyone who has an interest in quilts and whose current dues are paid. Pioneer Area Quilters Guild, Incorporated, does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, or national and ethnic origin in the administration of its policies.
