     As our book is published every two years it is very important that we know if a show is yearly, every other year or some other schedule. 

We will also list one-time shows but if your group does a regular schedule we think people might like to know this for scheduling purposes. 

It is also important that we have an address for the shows location, a contact person with a phone number or email address who the general public would contact for more information about the show.
